    I love them. I painted them to make what is ...I brought two packs for my niece's 6th birthday! I love them. I painted them to make what is pictured! 5Two Had Disabilities, But a Nice Product for the PriceThese are well worth the price. They would be fine as birthday party favors, but I needed them for a baby shower as decorations for the cupcake tree, and the colors weren't the colors of the shower, so I took a tip from another reviewer, went to the dollar store and bought nail polishes in the colors I needed, and proceeded to paint over the existing colors. It worked great; however, there is overspray up the legs of the existing colors. If I had it to do over again, I would have spray-painted them with a white matte paint first to eliminate any color, then gone ahead with the nail polishes. I also bought tiny nail "jewels" and glued them over the eyes. They really do look nice now. I am taking one star off because two of the unicorns don't stand well on their own, but I am going to use some glue to make sure they do. 4They are pretty chintzy. They definitely get the job doneThese were purchased for my daughters first birthday (unicorn theme). They are pretty chintzy. They definitely get the job done, but they were not great quality. Some of the unicorns wouldn't stand, other had a very poor quality paint job. We used them in two ways: 1. as a party favor for the little kids (use caution, the tail is sharp and poked through the party bag), 2. spray painted for room/cake decor. Mediocre at best, but there aren't a lot of options for unicorns, so sometimes you have to take what you can get! 3Great to add on with a unicorn bookI bought these for my unicorn loving niece to go with the Twelve Dancing Unicorns book for her birthday. She loved them. She now has the 12 unicorns dancing around in various patterns as she plays. Very inexpensive for quality imaginative play for her and her sister. The paint job is not the best, but the girls don't care. They now have a herd of unicorns.The unicorns would also work well as party favors or cake toppers as other reviewers have mentioned. But I don't think my niece will be willing to give them away. They are fairly solid and would hand wash without a problem. 4Great party favor toysThe paint job was not great as some of the other reviews said, but I was spray painting them all white, so I did not mind! A great price for what I got out of them- I used them as a cake topper and a party favor topper on a mason jar. These unicorns are a decent size, and they are about the quality I paid for. That is, cheap--price and quality.As another reviewer described, they are painted without any precision, so there is a lot of overspray, especially the pink ones. One of my dozen has a bum leg and doesn't stay standing, no matter how much I tried to bend it. If I needed 12 unicorns, that would make me unhappy, but, alas, I only needed 10! The size is decent, but the garish colors takes away some of their cuteness. I considered spray painting them all gold, or better yet, two of each a rainbow color since we are going for "rainbows and unicorns." I decided not to spend money on paint, since cheap was my aim, but I splashed some kid nail polish colors on the tails, manes, and horns. Now they are adorable! I used a group of translucent colors, glitter polishes, and iridescent polishes. For example, the pink unicorns look great with butter yellow and glittery silver polishes.If you want nice quality unicorns, you need to find some from Playmobil and pay their price. If you want cheap, especially if you are willing to use a little paint, these are basically your only option. 4Good enough quality... soft rubbery solid coreI almost didn't order these because of some of the negative reviews... but because of the price I decided it was worth taking a chance... and I'm glad I did! These are a nice enough quality, solid toy. They have a somewhat soft rubbery feel to them. I would recommend buying them. 4Be sure to add color and they are beautifulI wasn't impressed with these at first. The color is sloppy and the eyes look a bit crazy. Then I spray painted them and WOW what a difference. There are very fine details in the mold that I didn't even see before I made them one solid color. I did a metallic gold like so many other reviewers. But I am certain the would look pretty painted any color. Before I painted I didn't see the eye shape or the pretty twists on the horns. So I would say these are awesome for crafty people. 5Great price, good party favors and decorationsCute little unicorn figurines. We "hid" them in plain view around the house and everyone had fun finding them (on door frames, window sills, etc). They also made for cute table decorations. Every guest took one home with them, and at this price it was no trouble making sure we had more than enough. Nothing too fancy, but did the trick! A couple didn't want to stand up, but we ordered multiple sets so it wasn't a huge deal. Worked well for my daughter's unicorn party. 4I bought these for the sole purpose of using them ...I bought these for the sole purpose of using them on my daughter's birthday cake. The standing horses stay standing (even on cake.) Then after her birthday they became regular toys. We've had them for 4 months so far. Not one has broken or chipped. Overall they pass my toddler test. 5
